Caffè Borbone is the Neapolitan roaster people reach for when espresso at home has to taste like espresso in a southern Italian bar. The blend colour code is the shortcut: Rossa is strong and classic, Blu balanced, Nera the most intense, Oro softer and more aromatic, Dek decaffeinated. The same code runs across capsules, pods and beans.
