Rustichella d'Abruzzo Bucatini is a distinctive Italian pasta shape that takes its name from "buco" (hole in Italian). This thick, hollow spaghetti features a small hole running through its center, creating a unique tubular shape that captures and holds sauces beautifully.
In Italy, bucatini is traditionally paired with hearty, robust sauces that can fill the hollow center and cling to the rough, bronze-drawn surface.
