The Strega Alberti Soft Chocolate Nougat 150 g is a tender and aromatic Italian confection made from honey, hazelnuts, and egg white, coated in fine dark chocolate (minimum 51% cocoa).
Infused with the natural essence of Strega liqueur, it offers a perfectly balanced flavor between the sweetness of nougat and the intensity of dark chocolate.
Ingredients: sugar, hazelnuts, honey, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, glucose syrup, egg white, emulsifier (soy lecithin), natural flavors, natural Strega flavor (aromatic plant distillate).
